Mario Aniles is a CPA and Managing Partner at Aniles & Co, PLLC. He works with for-profit and nonprofit clients in accounting, auditing, taxation, and advisory. With extensive experience in financial strategy, capital structures, and fiscal compliance, he helps organizations grow, become sustainable, and navigate the regulatory landscape. Mr. Aniles sits on several boards including the Arizona Lottery, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Local First Arizona, and AZ Impact for Good. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University, an MBA from Grand Canyon University, a Leadership certificate from Harvard University, and is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional from George Washington University. He is a Forbes Best-In-State CPA (2025 & 2026), 40 Under 40 Business Leader, and member of both AICPA and ASCPA.

Christopher Perez is a CPA and is a dedicated audit and accounting professional with over six years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience in financial statement audits of private companies, public companies, and nonprofit entities across a wide range of industries. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from California State University, Long Beach and is a certified CPA in the state of Arizona. He is a member of the AICPA and ASCPA.

Franky Herrada is a tax and financial accountant with over three years of experience working with businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individual clients. His work includes tax preparation, tax planning, cost segregation support, budgeting, financial analysis, grant tracking, and audit support. Franky has a strong passion for tax accounting and enjoys helping clients better understand their numbers and plan ahead with confidence, creating practical tax strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

Pamela Mann is an experienced and highly organized executive leader with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries. Known for her attention to detail and proactive mindset, she is skilled at managing busy schedules, coordinating priorities, and helping teams stay connected and productive. Pamela joined Aniles & Co in 2026 and is committed to contributing to a positive experience for clients, team members, and leadership alike.

Curt Krizan, CPA, is a senior financial executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, financial strategy, and board governance. His career includes serving as President of the UW–Eau Claire Foundation, Chief Financial and Ticket Revenue Officer of the Fiesta Bowl — where his turnaround work earned him the 2016 Phoenix Business Journal CFO of the Year Award — and CFO of Education Minnesota. Earlier in his career, Curt was a Senior Auditor at KPMG. He brings an executive-level perspective to financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning, and has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, EVIT Foundation, and Visit Phoenix.

JB Bizimungu brings over 12 years of high-level expertise in public accounting, audit, and financial management to the Aniles & Co team. Having navigated complex financial landscapes within multinational and professional services environments, JB possesses a sophisticated mastery of both US GAAP and IFRS standards. He is recognized for bridging the gap between technical compliance and strategic growth, specializing in internal controls and the optimization of accounting processes.

Rene Barraza is an experienced accounting professional with broad experience supporting private companies and nonprofit organizations across the retail, manufacturing, property management, and nonprofit sectors. He holds a Master's in Accountancy and Data Analytics and a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University. Rene has held key roles including Assistant Controller and has led financial reporting, process improvement, ERP system implementation, and audit engagements. He works heavily in the nonprofit space with expertise in complex grant reporting, restricted contributions, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation.

Suzie Martin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. She specializes in accounting for nonprofit organizations and has over 30 years of experience as an auditor, accountant, and Chief Financial Officer. Suzie has worked with nonprofits providing transitional housing, foster care, social justice, and services for children and families. She has extensive experience in foundation and government grant writing, reporting, and compliance.

Iriana Grajeda is a dedicated accounting professional with over five years of experience specializing in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and tax preparation. She has successfully supported clients across diverse industries including food service, construction, retail, and nonprofit organizations. Iriana holds an Associate of Applied Science from Central New Mexico Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Jasmin Sagun has nearly five years of public accounting experience with both Big Four and regional accounting firms. She has well-rounded experience conducting financial statement audits and reviews for private and public companies, as well as nonprofit organizations, across a broad range of industries including insurance, healthcare, retail, real estate, investment, and manufacturing. Jasmin earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida and her master's degree from the University of West Florida.

Zoey Zhou, CPA is a Senior Auditor at Aniles & Co, bringing rigorous technical expertise and a detail-oriented approach to every engagement. She contributes to the firm's audit and assurance practice serving a diverse range of clients.

Patrick Norris, CPA is an experienced audit professional with a strong background in financial statement audits, reviews, and assurance services. He has managed engagements across nonprofit organizations, construction contractors, employee benefit plans, HUD multifamily housing, and commercial real estate clients. Patrick brings extensive expertise in client relationship management, financial reporting, technical accounting research, and audit leadership. He holds a Master of Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University.

Matthew Jimenez graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. in Finance. He is pursuing his Master's in Accountancy and Data Analytics, and throughout his academic career he focused on mastering both the technical fundamentals of accounting and the practical application of data-driven decision-making.

Jennifer Cruz serves as an Accounting Coordinator, supporting payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions for a diverse client base that includes both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and is committed to building a strong, well-rounded career in accounting with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Michelle Huynh is a Tax and Accounting Coordinator at Aniles & Co. Her experience includes managing accounts payable and processing payroll. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy in handling financial data, and takes pride in maintaining organized financial records and ensuring payroll and payment processes run smoothly.

Chayan Bhatta is a dedicated engineering professional with over 40 years of experience specializing in civil and structural engineering. His experience includes working with cities, municipalities, and corporations on structural reviews, complex plan development, code compliance, and cost estimation. As part of the Aniles cost segregation team, Chayan is responsible for site inspections, cost data review, structural analysis, and internal collaboration with tax professionals. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is licensed in seven states.
